Kelly Bradshaw is a veteran of the RCMP with three decades of experience the Security and Public Safety sectors. With over 26 of years of service in uniform, Kelly has a diverse policing background in operational, administrative and leadership positions in the areas of technical investigations, covert electronic surveillance, cybercrime, financial crime, threat assessments and intelligence, executive human resourcing, and international policing.

In 2019, Kelly deployed to UN Mission MINUSMA in Mali, West Africa and led the first Canadian police contingent to this mission. Throughout her policing career she was always committed to leading mission-critical operational objectives while building foundations and achieving results through strategic partnerships with organizational leaders and public and private sector allies. Kelly is fully bilingual (English/French) and holds a MA in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution. She has a top secret security clearance with Government of Canada.
